Squadron Leader Jessie “Hank” Hancock served in the RAF throughout the entirety of the Second World War. He flew with 38 Squadron as a Navigator and Bomb Aimer and was involved in some of the most momentous and decisive campaigns of the war such as The Battle of Britain and El Alamein.
