Guarantee & Warranty

We guarantee all our items to be completely genuine and authentic. We stand by every item we sell and take great care to describe them as accurately as possible.

All our watches and clocks come with a free six-month warranty which covers the full cost of any parts and labour. Therefore, in the unlikely event of mechanical failure, simply return the item to us within six months from the date of sale and we will arrange for it to be repaired by one of our highly skilled and experienced horologists completely free of charge.

The watches we sell are collectors pieces and as such should be treated with the utmost love and care. Please note that our guarantee and warranty excludes the water-proofing or shock-proofing of any of our items. Our warranty further excludes any damage caused by water, humidity, accident or neglect by the owner or any other third party.

Our guarantee and warranty only indemnifies the original purchaser and is not transferable to any other third party. Our liability is strictly limited to the repair cost of the item and does not cover any other loss or damage which may have been incurred. 

Any item returned to us for repair is done so strictly at the buyers own risk. We will pay the postage costs arising from the return of an item to us for repair upon receipt of an appropriate invoice from the buyer. These costs exclude any customs charges or duties which remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure all our watches and clocks are running as well as possible at the point of sale, it should be noted that they are vintage timepieces of a considerable age with mechanical movements. As such, no heavy reliance should be made on the accuracy of their timekeeping.
