Delivery
Free UK mainland delivery is available on a large majority of our items. These items will usually be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL, fully tracked and insured on the buyer's behalf up to a maximum of £2,500.
Items valued over £2,500 can usually be delivered by means of our personal in-house courier service. There is an additional charge for this service which is only available on items being delivered to areas within the UK mainland.
Delivery of larger and more expensive items via a third party courier within the UK or abroad will incur an additional charge. Any charge will naturally vary depending on the type of courier, country of delivery, the weight of the package, and insurance required.
A quotation for delivery overseas can be provided upon request. Please note that the buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties or charges which may be payable.
All our items are available for the buyer to collect in person near to our London headquarters should they so wish.
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. As such, we offer a no-nonsense returns policy which is valid for up to fourteen days after purchase or delivery of your item, whichever is the latter.
Just return your item to us in the exact same condition as it was sold with your original receipt within fourteen days from the date it was purchased or delivered to receive a full refund or exchange. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request for any item returned to us which we believe to have been altered, damaged, or tampered with in any way.
Any damage sustained to an item during transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of the item being delivered.
Items returned to us for a refund or exchange are done so strictly at the buyer's own risk and expense. This includes the full cost of any return postage and insurance together with any customs duties or charges that may be payable.
We will only pay the return postage costs for items sent by us in error or for items that are faulty. These costs exclude any customs duties or charges which will remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.
